Since our products are customized, every order goes through a strict quality confirmation process:

- Design Confirmation: Within 24 hours of placing your order, we will send you a digital proof (design draft) via email for your approval.
- Production: Once you confirm the design, production takes approximately 48 hours.
- Total Handling Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for the entire processing and handling period before your item ships.
Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
Once your custom item is produced and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 10-20 business days.
